An experience they’ll remember

Most event giveaways end up in a drawer. The ones personalized for each guest don’t.

We bring a complete embroidery studio to your event—machines, threads, and a styled station that fits your space. Guests choose an item, font, and thread color, then see their name or initials stitched on site.

They leave with a useful keepsake made just for them—and a memorable moment tied to your brand.

  • They get to watch it happen

Guests see their piece stitched in real time, turning a simple giveaway into a moment worth filming and sharing.

  • It brings people together

The embroidery station gives guests a natural place to pause, gather, and connect while they wait for their piece.

  • They leave with something personal

Each guest takes home a useful keepsake made just for them—one that carries the memory of your event with it.

The practical part

Lead time. Six to eight weeks is ideal. Sooner than that, still ask—we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

Merchandise. You can provide your own hats, totes, sweatshirts, bandanas, or other pieces, or we can provide the items for your event.

Travel. Anywhere in Northern California. A travel fee applies beyond about 60 miles from El Dorado Hills.

What we need on site. We bring the machines, threads, and a styled station. All we need is access to power and enough space for guests to comfortably gather.

Real events. Memorable guest experiences.

Sacramento Kings

A home game activation

At a Sacramento Kings home game, we hosted a four-hour live embroidery activation, personalizing caps and belt bags with names, monograms, and team marks. Guests chose their thread color and lettering style, then watched each piece come to life. The experience gave people a reason to pause, gather, and stay—and the Kings booked us again for December.

Moonraker Brewing Co.

Totes on the patio

At Moonraker Brewing Co., we brought the embroidery cart onto the patio and personalized canvas totes with monograms, initials, and playful phrases chosen by each guest. Guests watched their totes being stitched from start to finish, making the personalization part of the experience—not simply a pickup.
