At Xavier & Zayn Co., each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:
All Sales Final
All customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, and details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at xavierandzaynco@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Processing times are typically 5-7 business days after order confirmation (may vary during peak seasons).
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
