This listing is the first step in beginning a custom business embroidery order. Your $30 purchase reserves your place in our custom queue and covers the one-time digitizing and setup of one new logo.

Setup Fee: The $30 digitizing fee is separate from the final merchandise order and is not credited toward the final balance. It becomes non-refundable once your digital proof has been created. Reorders using the same unchanged logo will not require another digitizing fee.

Minimum Order: Six pieces per logo, design, and placement.

How It Works:

1. Submit your business name, logo, desired items, colors, placement, quantity, and deadline.
2. We will review your request and send a custom quote within two business days.
3. A digital proof will be provided for approval.
4. Production begins after proof approval, final payment, and receipt of any customer-supplied garments.

Pricing: Final embroidery pricing is quoted separately based on garment type, logo size, stitch count, placement, and quantity.

Garments: We recommend allowing us to supply your garments whenever possible. Customer-supplied garments are accepted only after approval and must be new, clean, and suitable for embroidery. Please include one spare item. Because embroidery is permanent and occasional machine or material issues can occur, replacement value of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed.

Turnaround: Standard production is 2–3 weeks after proof approval, final payment, and receipt of all garments, plus shipping time.

Local pickup is available in El Dorado Hills, California. Pickup or drop-off details will be shared after purchase.
